Before joining Santander, she worked for 18 years at Banco do Brasil, where she worked in different areas. She holds a bachelor of laws degree from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, a master's degree in Financial and Capital Market Law from Ibmec, and an MBA in Finance from Insper. Luciane participated in the Stanford Executive Program in 2018.
