She has led the structuring and management of transactions totaling over BRL 300 billion supporting key sectors of the Brazilian economy such as agribusiness and real estate. She currently serves as a board member at ANBIMA (Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association), where she also chairs the Securitization Committee, contributing to the development of industry standards and best practices. Flávia holds a degree in Economics from IBMEC-RJ and completed an executive program in Real Estate Securitization at The Wharton School (USA).
