He is the author of the books "Investimento sob medida" and "Finanças Comportamentais." With over 27 years of experience in the financial market, he is currently the CEO of BNP Paribas Asset Management. Aquiles was the Chief Sales Officer at Santander Asset Management, where he was responsible for fund distribution and served as product manager, senior economist, investment strategist, and fund manager for over 20 years.
