Jefferson has recognized expertise in the cross-border investments agenda, with a strong focus on Europe, Asia, and Latin America markets. Throughout his career, he has advised regulators, sovereign wealth funds, multilateral agencies, asset and wealth managers, as well as family offices, on strategic, regulatory, and operational structuring matters related to international investments. Since 2015, he has led this agenda at PwC Europe, driving projects focused on the management and governance of global portfolios. Prior to that, he built a solid career in the capital markets and fund industry in Brazil, complemented by a relevant experience in Singapore, which further expanded his international scope. Additionally, in 2022, he became Co-Founder of NeoTrust Services, a cross-border investment utility platform headquartered in Luxembourg, whose mission is to accelerate the attraction of long-term institutional and private capital into Brazil, strengthening the connection between the Brazilian market and major global financial hubs.
