Graduated in Production Engineering from PUC-Rio, with a postgraduate degree in Finance from IBMEC-Rio and an MBA (with distinction) from NYU Stern. He began his professional career in 2006 at Suzano Petroquímica, and in 2008 joined the EBX Group, where he worked in investor relations and M&A. In 2013 he moved to the United States and, in 2015, joined Victori Capital, where he was a partner and one of those responsible for equity management until June 2021. He joined the Avenue team in 2021.
